5. Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing to PROMOTUR
Cancellations received up to 1st April 2008 will be refunded in full (less 30 € administration fee)
After this date half of the amount will be refunded (less 30 € administration fee)
Refunds will be made once the Congress has finished
