Dr Keith Duff

A geologist by training, and an environmentalist by profession, Keith spent over 30 years working for English Nature, the government’s wildlife protection agency in England. After 15 years as their Science Director he took early retirement in 2006 and now works as an environmental consultant, specialising in the golf industry. A keen golfer, and Captain of his club in 2003, he has worked closely with the industry to encourage them to reduce their environmental footprint, and to adopt more environmentally sustainable practices. He is an Advisory Member of the Golf Course Committee set up by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, which is working hard to help the industry become a more responsible steward of the natural environment.
