• Plan, organise and direct the maintenance of the golf course, planting and construction projects. Make proper problem diagnosis and corrective actions. Keep accurate records of annual maintenance activities and costs. Prepare golf course maintenance budgets and reports. Prepared and implemented Health and Safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Hiring, training and performance reviews of staff.
• 1998-Present. Plan, organised and supervised contractors in the construction of new USGA tees.
• 2003-04-05-06. Planned and directed an in-house and contractor installation of blanket drainage system to fairways and rough (40,000m installed)
• 1999- 2005. Planned, directed an in-house and contractor project of drainage and sand capping to problematic areas of fairways and rough (Approx10 Hectares)
• 1998-Present. Constructions and improvements to new bunkers, turf nursery and cart paths
• Prepared and managed golf course for the annual Barclays Scottish Open from 1998 – present. Also for the 2000 Solheim Cup
• 2002. Complete rebuild to the existing driving range facility. Works included managing contractors and in-house team re-shaping whole playing area, adding 6 new target greens, installed 3 chambers and pumps for drainage, constructed 2 new USGA tees and sand capped and turfed whole area. (Area was 3 Hectares)
• Winter 2000-2001. Complete re-build to all existing putting greens to a USGA specification. Plan, organised and directed contractors and opened greens for play on 1st April 2001

• Assisted the Spray Technician on Fertiliser and Pesticide applications and record keeping

• Prepared and participated the management of the golf course for the 1996-97 Loch Lomond World Invitational Event.
